This intermediate course follows Chemical Texture 1 by expanding students’ skills in waving, relaxing, and smoothing services. Learners will perform texture and analyze hair for safety and suitability. Instruction emphasizes safe application, scalp care, and adapting techniques for all hair types. Students will also explore the history of textured hair and the cultural significance of protective hairstyles to support respectful and inclusive hairstyling practices.
