Location: Bear Pit
Check in with the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÍøÕ¾ team in J-Wing, and we'll get started at 9:00 am in the open seating area affectionately known as the Bear Pit.

- Use the Daily Visitor Parking lot (located at the back of campus)
- Free Parking: We will validate your parking for your exit in this lot
- How to get there:
- Enter campus from Willow Ave at Willow 1 Entrance
- Follow signage to Daily Parking
- After parking:
- Enter through F-Wing (Health and Wellness Centre)
- Follow signage to J-Wing
- When you reach Subway and the bottom of a stairwell, turn right and right and continue through the hallways to reach J Wing and the Bear Pit
- Check in with our team
City Bus
- If arriving by city bus, get off at the Northern Ave Transfer Hub
- Enter through the M-Wing entrance on the east side and continue until you soon reach the large hallway at the corner of the Registrar's Office
- Turn left and continue down the stairs or elevator.
- When you reach Subway at the bottom of a stairwell, turn left and continue through the hallways to reach J Wing and the Bear Pit

- Our recruitment team will greet you at the Bear Pit in J Wing
- Please have your Eventbrite ticket downloaded (digital on your phone or printed) for check-in using your QR code
- Only the student needs to register; just let us know how many guests will be coming when you register so we can plan for space and pizza
